Shipping destinations

We currently ship to US,CA,GB,NZ,AUS.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 2-8 business days after payment confirmation.

For this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Any order cutoff time is New York Time

Preorder, personalized, or other items with different processing times will have those times disclosed before purchase.

Transit time and delivery estimates

After dispatch, estimated transit times are:

Unless a combined delivery estimate is expressly displayed, expected delivery time consists of processing time plus carrier transit time.

Fulfillment and tracking

Dispatch locations and fulfillment arrangements: USA and China

Where tracking is available, we will send the tracking details after dispatch. If an order ships in separate packages, we will provide available shipment information. We will not add shipping charges after purchase without your agreement.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you, provide a revised date when available, and explain your cancellation and refund options. We will obtain consent to a delay where required or cancel and issue a prompt refund as required by law.

Delivery problems

If an order appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact support@vexoraclubus.com with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant fulfillment provider or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

A carrier’s delivery scan does not automatically resolve every delivery dispute.

Address errors and returned packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you about the available options. Any legally permitted reshipping charge will be explained and agreed upon before reshipment.
